I have returned 2 Dell XPS 15z.. so yesterday I got an email addressed to someone else mentioning a service call so I thought it was by sent by mistake then I got another email today saying the parts have been shipped, it had the asset tag! I remember this asset tag was for my previous 15z lol.. Dell sent the same product to another customer without even fixing it! I feel sorry for the guy who got it.. most likely it is the heating issue on the laptop but c'mon Dell! I already reported that this laptop was defective and they didn't care! they took it back to USA and sold it there..

You better Full Refund(buy other or re-order), because when replacement is 'other proccess', you may got a problems again, that because replacement 'not a new'.
