    Bought an XPS 15z 2 weeks ago, lovely looking machine however the ODD doesnt read discs and after 1 whole day of remote repairing by someone in India and a visit from an engineer who replaced the drive to no avail.
    I'm pretty fed up with DELL. Has anybody had similar probs with their ODD
