When I turn on my Bluetooth mouse, or switch it off and back on, there is a delay of some 15 seconds after it should connect before it begins responding. However, if I am logged out, this does not occur; it responds immediately after the light turns on as it should and as it did on other laptops. Furthermore, with the mouse on and responding at the login screen, logging in will cause it to have a temporary drop in connection for a second or two.

What can I do to address this?
