I just upgraded from Vista and the Blu-ray drive won't work. I installed the device driver and it appears in the system manager. Is there some other software that needs to be downloaded? If so, where do I get it from?

Make sure your version of PowerDVD support the Blu-Ray.

This happend to me, i guess Dell sent me the wrong CD which is Power DVD 8.1, and i can't watch Blu-Ray with this version. I downloaded the latest demo version from Cyberlink's Website and it works fine now. I will call then sometime to get another CD.
