    XPS 16 Touch media buttons fail

    I start the laptop.. the lights turn on.. windows loads up.. i press one of the media buttons... it lights up.. stays lit up and stays like that without doing what its suppose to.. its a really annoying problem.. any solutions?

    Try to flash your motherboard to the newest version and install Dell Quickset. If that doesn't help call Dell, they'll probably replace your board

    thanks for the response, i download and installed the newest quickset, what do you mean by flashing the motherboard to newest version?
