So far I've been mostly happy with my XPS 16, but today I noticed how firm a grip the USB ports put on devices when I went to unplug the receiver for my wireless mouse. The USB port had such a firm handle on my device that it broke the connector off.

Granted, the receiver was old and already a little loose, but I think Dell designed the computer's USB ports so that too much force is needed to unplug something. Thankfully, I can easily fix my broken receiver.

XPS 16 owners- have you experienced this problem? Will it get better over time?
