    Hello,
I am trying to connect my notebook XPS 16 to connect to my Nokia E71 via bluetooth. I have installed Nokia PC Suite successfully latest version for WIN 7 x64.

Using a cable I am able to connect my phone with my laptop. But unable to connect to laptop using bluetooth. My laptop is able to find the phone and shows me in the list, but cant connect.

    Please help...

Even I was having issues connecting to bluetooth devices. I am using XPS 1645.
Then I updated my Driver available in XPS 1647 driver page and everything is working fine now.
Link to the driver: Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth Minicard
BTW i have both Ovi Suite 2.1.1.1 and Nokia PC suite installed and its pretty stable.

Dear Bipul, I followed your instructions and installed the latest driver. Thanks alot it is working and am able to connect to my E71. But now in my Device Manager window under Other Devices 3 options are appearing Bluetooth Peripherial Devices. I remember clearly that when I was installing the latest driver the new software was unable to install some driver and prompted me a message that some drivers it could't install. But even reboot I am able to connect to my computer and able to sync my data with my mobile. But dont know why these Bluetooth Peripheral Devices are appearing. Do you recommand me some tip to fix this issue.

Seems to be a bad installation of drivers. Do this: Right click on each of them and click uninstall then click the button on the top for Scan for hardware changes. Lemme know what happens.

2 Things you can do. 1st is uninstall bluetooth driver and nokia pc suite completely and reinstall them and check or turn of BT/WIfi via the soft touch key and try to uninstall and scan for hardware changes. Hopefully it helps.

Edit: After you uninstall PC suite and Bluetooth driver try to unstall the devices in Device manager then reinstall those applications.
