    Hello,
    When I bought this xps 16 laptop there was an option appearing always at the time of login called "face recognition". Can somebody plz explain me how to get this back.

    Hello is there any mannual setup. When ever I am going to this site after entering my user and password, my browser gets busy and never comes back and a small yellow icon appears in the left bottom corner. please help

    My Dell Downloads only works in IE, I just added my 1647 to MyDellDownloads. Here is a screenshot:

    Once you get logged in, you can also access My Dell Downloads from your Dell Online Account > My Account > My Software > Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads) Access and Download Software installed on my PC from the Dell Factory ~ and access that way to get the downloads you need! :)

    No did't tried google. But my question is that why its not working with IE. Dell guys are sleeping? ....they are not aware that ppl are struggling or having hard time to make their laptops working ....huhhhhhhhhhhh...
