    XPS 1645 - GPU frequency problem

    Yesterday I've uninstalled ATI 10.4b driver and I've put 10.3.

    Now, my gpu frequency is ALWAYS 400-800mhz.
    I can't modify these value with rivatuner, under load frequency don't change.

    I've flashed A08 bios but nothing. I've reinstalled 10.3 driver but I've the same frequency...

    try disabling/enabling powerplay in CCC.
