- 1) Dust under sRGB.
- 2) Runs supper HOT
- 3) Because of (2) I can't watch a movie and let's say code - it shuts down around 90c.
- 4) If it's not supper HOT (2) It just LAGS with multiplier locked at 9! VERY SLOW AND ANNOYING (I'm talking even talking about gaming)
- 5) If Battery bellow 50% screen changes colors and might go totally dark. Only batter reset helps to get it back.
I have approximately 5 month until my full warranty / accidental coverage expires.
Should I start complaining now to a customer support? Thanks![]()

Absolutely.
2-4 can probably be fixed by opening up the laptop and re-pasting the CPU and GPU. As well as cleaning out the dusk while you have it open. -
I am having similar issues, add USB ports not working but subtract the screen dust issue.
How exactly would the "complain" procedure go? Customer service v. technical support? -

Alright, I'm getting a new display and motherboard.
Though other than taking care of dust under the screen. I'm not sure I will solve the overheating issue
I'm even surprised they still have those motherboards in place
XPS 1645 Is it the time to complain?
