Hey guys, would there be a significant difference in noise caused by two HDDs in comparison to just one HDD ?
    What about the cooler ?

What do you recommend if the price difference is just 15 bucks.

You probably wouldnt be able to hear the noise difference but it WILL be a bit noisier with two, cooling wont be a issue. Depends if you want to get a ssd wether what to recommend, if you are planning on getting one then just get the 750gb one as you would have to take out a 500gb one anyway, unless you use the optical drive as a bay.

Thank you for your explanation Sam ! I am not motivated enough to reset my system and start from scratch when I would buy a SSD, as the system should be placed on that drive.

Thats why the 2x 500GB looks to be the best option for me. And in 2 years I can go for a new Dell with SSD.

You helped me a lot, much appreciated !
