    XPS 17 L701x Dual External Possible?

    Does anyone know if it's possible to run 2 external monitors from this laptop? One from HDMI and a second from the Mini-DisplayPort?

    I would prefer to run 2 external monitors of the same size, rather than having one external and using the laptop for the second external.

    I was thinking of doing the same, if it does work, then it would probably work on the XPS 15 aswell (17 is too big for me)

    I spoke with the sales chat and they said that it would work hooking one monitor up to the HDMI and a second to the Mini-DisplayPort. Not sure if the sales people are completely reliable for that information, so I'm going to chat with the technical support people when I get home. I don't have the service number from my laptop here at work so I can't chat with technical support right now. If I get an answer from them I'll post it.
