Yes, It is 3D. Turning to 60Hz will fix the problem? But I paid big buck for having 120 Hz. I wonder if this is DELL fault (hardware problem) or NVIDIA fault (driver problem)?

    Thanks.

it should fix it but you'll need to turn it back to 120hz for 3d mode.

But is it NVIDIA fault (driver) or DELL fault (hardware)?

I dont think there is a definite answer to this but its waving towards a hardware fault, but it is fairly common with 3d models.

I had this issue only once and never again. 120hz always on.

I heard that using an older driver version would fix the issue. Not sure if that is what you did.

So did you just use the stock OS system? Did you ever change anything to the OS and/or driver, firmware?

Ok, I have clean installed the OS and applied drivers exactly like yours. I'll see if it will solve the problem.
By the way, you mentioned about A12 BIOS, I read about it, it said "Update CPU m-code to support new CPU". Do you know what is it mean? Is it only when we upgrade to a new CPU?

    Thanks
    Lamk.
