After performing a clean install on my new XPS 17 yesterday I noticed that the text size and image size became significantly reduced, after adjusting the DPI I was still not content, as browser and overall system text did not change.

Before I formatted the system I noticed that everything was much larger even with 1080p and 125% DPI, including the default browser text size, and even the size of the user button on the login screen.

    Any help would be appreciated.
