    Is anyone else having this issue where the webcam seems like very poor quality? It's like the image is fuzzy. I tried multiple webcam programs, even skype but it's still bad quality. Taking a snapshot from the dell webcam app shows the same quality.

    Mine is a refurb machine so maybe the previous person returned it because of this. Can someone post a screenshot of their webcam in action?

    You can change the DPI of the image it takes.

    Warning: taking video in 1600x900 is one way to eat your HD very fast.
