    Anyone?
How long just doing word processing?

    I'm really torn between

XPS 17 W/1080p (doesn't have Optimus which I need for battery life)
XPS 17 W/900p (unsure about screen quality)
XPS 15 W/1080p (last resort since I prefer the 17' screen)

What is the reason why you prefer the 17' screen? The 15' seems like the perfect size to me

15 inch just seems to small imo, especially since I'll be using it as a desktop replacement.

I could always buy a secondary screen but that would just add more to the cost.

Are you sure? That seems way too good to be true.

Read the L702x threads and look around for battery threads; the only impressions are in there

Word processing with everything on power-saving mode, lowest brightness probably around 9 hours!
