    XPS 17 l702x - Anybody running Optimus + disabled Turbo Boost at the same time?

    Before I returned my 900p screen L702X, I have managed to disable turbo boost and optimus. With that, I could see an improvement on the battery life of up to around 8.5 hours on a single charge (mainly used for word processing). The fan noise is constant but running on low rpm. It does not concern me at all though.
