Hi guys I bought the 9343 in august and ever since i opened it, the track pad has issues. The most notable one is that it randomly turns off and I can't move the cursor at all (works if mouse is plugged in). I love the laptop so far but this issue has been incredibly annoying. I can temporarily fix it by a complete reboot, but it also sometimes fixes itself if I leave the laptop running for awhile which has me really confused

I installed the latest track pad drivers and flashed the track bad firmware update but it hasn't helped at all.

    Any help is greatly appreciated
