Curious if there is anything I need to be aware of if I wanted to upgrade the SSD on my XPS 9370. I have a 256GB SSD and thinking about getting a 1TB. Didn't know if there were space constraints, or needed a single-sided SSD or something like that.
While PCIe NVMe would be nice, I am more concerned about space than speed. If there is an m.2 SATA drive that works, I am okay with that....and probably save a few bucks!

Unless you are doing some very intense and specialized work, you will not notice any difference in performance between a good SATA SSD and a nvme SSD.

Considering this is for my wife.....and she had a bazillion pictures and she only does the most basic of tasks......I think she will be okay.

What are you talking about? The 9370 has room for a m.2 SSD, not a 2.5" drive. Not only that but MSATA raid is stupid when you have NVMe drives that we already can't take advantage of.
