I don't know if this is related to the newest Windows 10 version, but earlier I could easily change AHCI to RAID mode (back and forth) simply by booting into safe mode and then booting normally. Now I get BSOD (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) when booting into safe mode, so I can't change this mode. Earlier I was running in RAID because of stability issues with AHCI.
Could someone confirm this finding or do I have some issues related to ssd in my xps?
