    XPS 9550 screen flickering.... why?

    I haven't had this issue since first clean install until yesterday. The screen flickers around 2 - 3 times then artifacts then turns completely off (screen only) and it wont come on again until I reboot the system. Common sense tells me to try to revert all changes I recently made on the system but to no avail which really got me worried thinking my gpu/mobo is failing. For some reason I didn't have the issue today until I used my iPhone and placed it on the left palm rest, the problem came back! The issue will continue as long as the iPhone is on the left palm rest (haven't tried on the right palm rest). Anybody else experienced this?
