Hey guys! Just received my XPS 15 2-in-1 and have run into an issue... Did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro, installed all of the latest drivers from Dell's driver support page except for one (and updated to latest 1.1.7 Bios). When installing the Radeon RX Vega M Graphics driver, I keep getting the error message, "173 - AMD Installer cannot continue since AMD graphics hardware was not found."

This also happens when installing the latest Vega drivers from Intel's website. Device manager does not detect any other display adapter other than the Intel HD 630 GPU. Battery life sucks, laptop runs hot the whole time, indicating the Vega GPU is most likely running at full clocks. I am stumped... any ideas? I am beginning to think I have a faulty motherboard.
