    I have a DELL XPS M1210

    Intel Centrino Duo T7200 @ 2.00 GHz
    2 GB Ram
    GeForce Go 7400

So, i have the laptop since a bit more than a year ago and the heating problem has been bothering me ever since i bought it. I know laptops get a bit warm, but mine gets to the point that it heats up so much that i cant touch the surface of it! I reformatted, cleaned, kept it on a hard surface, basically everything and still nothing, the only way i can use it is with a fan-pad below it, but i got tired of that, it makes my laptop double the size.

    Any suggestions?
