On the first screen that appears with the Dell logo, near the end of the loading of the BIOS it pauses for around 15-20 seconds. It started happening after I pressed the power button while in my BIOS and during the Windows loading screen.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Shouldn't you be fixing your keyboard and motherboard problems before trying to fix something else?

I tried using an external USB keyboard. All the keys are functional, so I know it's not a motherboard problem. It's just at the point of the keyboard connector. Gave it to a technician to fix and replace that part.

In the process of trying to exit my BIOS (keep in mind my arrow keys don't work), I had to push the power button to turn it off, and it started taking 4-5 times longer to load the BIOS. So it's related, hence why I ask.

It doesn't. My question is how can I fix this lag at 70% in the BIOS loading screen. It started happening after I turned off the computer using the power button while in the BIOS
