I just recieved my M1330 today (shipped on the 29th). I was happy to see that it came with the small case seen in some of the reviews. It wasn't clear to me whether this was a location specific item (US, UK, Asia) Some people made it sound like it may only be included with Asian orders. This was a computer ordered in the US through the dell university program. At first I was afraid that because I only ordered the 9 cell battery the laptop wouldn't fit in the case and they wouldn't include it. But it does fit and the computer was shipped inside of the case.

    Haha! That's funny.

But anyway, even if it doesn't fit with the 9 cell, you could just remove it when you use the case and put the battery in another pocket or something.

You have an m1330!! I wouldn't worry about it.
