Anyone had a dell HD failure recently and then tried to access the HD through an external enclosure? I'm trying now and when it pops up in another computer, only the Recovery partition pops up. I need to access the other partition.....tech support was clueless and they wanted me to pay for extra support because they said it was not covered by the warranty.

A new HD is on the way but I'd like to try to get files off if possible.
