DId this happen to anybody on here?
i found that whenever i move the LID to close it, open it or just move it for no reason the LED will blink.
Should i be worried?
Already had screen replaced, keyboard and etc.

mine is that the LED will blink whenever i get out of sleep and the screen comes on...
im guessing that the mechanism for detecting close/open lid is shorting and it is self-testing or makes the OS 'wake', even though the OS is already awake...
that saying, i dont know what the mechanism for the detection.... theres no tab that gets pressed when the hinge closes, and the last time i saw the hinge assembly, theres no detector there... -
Mine does it too, and I believe something got loose in there so it's disconnecting and reconnecting as you press/depress on the screen to move/open/close it.
I would have Dell fix it, but it's not a priority for me at the moment. -
There's nothing loose in it. Its just Windows reinitializing everything as you bring it out of sleep mode. Whenever the camera has power to it, the blue LED lights up because its required to, so if it just initializes the device for a second then it'll blink.
It does the same thing if you reboot the computer.
There's nothing that's 'loose' in there that would do that. -

Most likely one of the cables connecting the webcam to the motherboard is loose, as this runs down the side of the screen and through one of the hinges, tilting the lid back or forward will likely provide enough movement to tug on the cable a bit. That or when you got your screen replaced the tech. didnt plug it in quite right.
The LED lights up whenever the webcam is detected for the first time by the computer, as previous posters have said, when it is turned on etc.
The only other time it lights up is when it is in use.
Have you checked to see if the webcam still works properly when the LED is blinking?
Probably the best thing to do is give Dell a call about it.
If you can’t be bothered calling and waiting for an engineer to come out, or if you have ran out of warranty, you could take the laptop apart and check the cables, as long as you felt confident doing it.
HERE is a link to the service guide for the M1330.
Hope this helps.

I have a same problem in LED back light M1330.
Just move LCD from 90 degree to 120 degree will cause blink.
I am not using webcam so I disabled in device manager to turn off the blink. -
Check your Dell Webcam settings - there is a motion detection setting. This should not be enabled by default - so its probably not the answer to this issue. Might want to check though.
This would be bad if multiple m1330 users had a wiring issue come up. Hmmmm...
