    Hello,

I originally had a set of Logitech Z-10 USB speakers plugged into my M1330 and because the sound card was built into the speakers themselves, I did not need to worry about the sound quality of the laptop.

I have now upgraded the speakers to the Acoustic Energy Aego M's which I believe are regarded as the best 2.1 set up you can buy.

And now I haven't been blown away by the sound quality so was wondering the following,

    1) Is the sound quality on the M1330 any good or is it just me? I have the Standard High Definition Audio thing.

    2) Are there any good external sound cards around that I can buy and would the difference be noticeable? I have found this and am wondering if it would be suitable.

If anyone could help me with any of the above then it would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks.
