@ Kdawgca : Thanks for the help, i am sorry for the trouble -
What device is fitted to your M1330? Whilst it says Dell Wireless 360 in the screenshot above, I was only aware of them fitting the 355 to this device?
If it is the 355, that is fitted then R140135 is definitely the right one for both Windows 7 x86 & x64.
Assuming you do have the 355 BT card fitted then try uninstalling all bluetooth software from the add/remove programs and then reboot your laptop. Then go through the device manager list and uninstall all bluetooth hardware. Reboot again and then install R140135. This should get you going.
If you definitely have the 360 fitted then find another laptop (such as the XPS1645 or the like) and download the driver for that card from there. -
Did a check of mine and I installed Broadcom BT drivers v6.2.0.8900 on Win7 64bit.
Just a note have you installed or tried to installed BT drivers for mobile devices or other?? If so this could be why you have errors.
Reason I say this I had same issues when I tried to link up my new Samsung mobile phone same or more or less display in device manger.
What I had to do is download the latest mobile drivers from Samsung homepage and all went fine there after.... -

note: i already activate the bluetooth button on all installations
Thanks for helping me -
Just make sure it's not disabled in the bios...
By the way was it working before install Win7? -
That sounds like you paired a Nokia bluetooth phone with your M1330.
It's in Spanish, but you get the idea.
I haven't found the solution for this problem, but it's related to a Nokia bluetooth phone (an E72 in my case, and before that a N78).
Everything works ok, I can send and receive files, pictures, contacts, conect to the Internet via bluetooth services, but those devices appear as unrecognized by Windows.
If anyone knows how to solve this problem, please let us know -
@Baraja
Uninstall you nokia completely and unpair it from your M1330. Install the latest Nokia PC Suite / OVI software and then pair your phone from scratch. That should sort you out.
@aryza
Bluetooth devices do work a little weird with Windows as windows often tries to install it's own drivers / stack if it finds a suitable device. This will then clash with the proper software. Easiest way to solve this (as described above) is to remove all existing bluetooth software and uninstall all devices relating to bluetooth in the device manager. Definitely reboot and then install the correct Dell drivers R140135. Reboot again and before you pair any devices, make sure the software can see the bluetooth device. Hopefully this will sort it. Before you pair new devices, if they have their own specific software (such as phones e.g. Nokia), install this software first before pairing the device. -
is there any chances that the hardware is a failure? coz my warranty end up on june 15th 2010...note : i already to the DELL Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and they still don't know what exactly have to do to my XPS !? and they call DELL Penang, Malaysia and still clueless, i have large hope to this forum...Thanks everyone -
I decided to re-installed my windows 7, and now everything goes well, the bluetooth didn't recognized as Dell 360 again, but as generic bluetooth adapter, Thanks for helping me all,
