I had my LED(Toshiba) and motherboard (nvidia 8400) replaced on my xpsm1330. Now, when I watch videos if I'm not sitting directly in front of the screen the picture looks washed out. If I move to the left of the right I can't make out the image. The replacement screen is a toshiba also. I tried running the nvidia display software to adjust the color settings, is there better software or a way I can calibrate the color? Is my LED bad? should I call in?

    Thanks

You might have got a dud, you can try playing with the color settings in the nv control panel but if that doesn't satisfy you, you should definitely call in.

I do not know what everyone else uses to calibrate their screens, but i can speak for myself; I use nothing to calibrate the screen. Why would I - the screen is crisp and bright, colors are vibrant and clear..?

I like my screen more vibrant, so I use Nvidia Control Panel and put the Digital Vibrance setting to 25%.

I used different websites, and calibrated my screen,it makes a big difference, sometimes the screen by default is too bright.
