My M1330 is acting strangely lately: one out of ten times I turn it on, it won't POST for at least a couple of times but after a few retries (sometimes as much as five or six) it will start as if nothing had happened.
While on this no-POST periods, the LCD won't even care to turn on and if I boot using Fn+PowerButton I get an error code from the "locks" LEDs indicating a "Video (BIOS, Memory shadow)" issue. At this point, I must point out that I've never had any issues with the video card whatsoever (it's an nVidia card, BTW) and when the computer boots normally, it works as if nothing had ever happened (no artifacting -even under stress-, no hangups; nothing!).
Has anyone had a similar problem or can help me figure out how to, at least, tell what the problem is?
Let me add I've tried a lot of things: no-battery, no-power-adapter, removing some cards, removing all cards, calling DELL support (which made redo all the tests I had done, to no avail) and, of course, searching the forums ;)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    BTW, it's an XPS M1330: 20 months old, C2D 7300, 4GB, nVidia, 160GB 5400 RPM HD, CCFL display
