This is not a customer service poll.
This poll is to see how happy you are with your XPS M1330 notebook.

I am very happy with my XPS M1330 in fact it has exceeded my expectation. I never used to think much of Dell in the past and i always used to crack jokes about them I did have issues with customer service but as i said i am not judging them on that here.

The computer though it is better than the W7S that i was going to go for and i got it a lot cheaper then the Sony that i was looking at in the UK. I love the colour of mine the pearl white colour and i have good battery life i would not really ask for anything more. The final price was excellent i don't have any complaints really.

    Rachuk,
I am also very happy with my M1330. Only exception is the XPS sitckers keep falling off the back of my lid, currently I have a Dell XP series lol. That A05 bios also helped ^_~

I am very dissatisfied only with the particular model I got. Sending it back for a full refund and then placing a fresh order. Hope my next model results in exceeded expectation.

It took until I got the 5th replacement for them to get it right. Now I love my M1330.

very happy with mine, but can't say exceeded expectations.

i would have ticked exceeded expectations if the build quality and finish is like a sony. this is of course not to say that it is not of a good quality, but not close to a sony.

now if dell delivers its notebooks to a standard like sony, i would be thrown back. i guess thats where the money goes when you buy a sony, but i rather keep my money.

exceeded expectations totally. faster, lighter, brighter, and thinner than i thought it would be. and i now have the apps i need and want, and about everything about the laptop is tweaked to my liking. nice.

Its good, but build quality can use a bump up to at least Latitude levels.

Sure it might be a little off Sony's build quality, but then again, the price is quite a bit off as well. In this world you get what you pay for.

Other than that, its been trouble free and everything works as it should.

It came in perfect condition. A very beautiful machine.

The only problem I've encountered is that there's an error that occurs when I try and install halo...
Probably a vista issue or something

I'm happy for you cliegal. I remember you were on here and one of the first to receive it. We were all waiting to see your's and unfortunately the screen wasn't the correct one. At least it is all over now.

I was just thinking... these satisfaction style polls would be really useful as a prospective buyer overview on any future 'Owners Lounge' style threads.

This offers a great insight for us 'fence sitters'. Thanks Rach.

Couldn't be happier with mine to be honest. It's exceeded my expectations really given that I'd had a battle with Dell over my XPS Gen 2 to get a decent screen. No problems with this one, reasonably even backlight but the LED backlighting probably helps a lot in that respect.

    Cheers,

    jahboo

My current notebook (in sig) is doing just fine right now, so I don't need a new one just yet.

However, I can't wait to get an m1330. And seeing all these positive comments makes it that much easier to want to get one.

Also, I'm holding out for SSDs to drop in price. I REALLY want one in my next notebook.

    Keep the positive comments coming!!!
