    XPS M1530 - Free stuff from Dell....

    When I got my last Dell laptop last year I called Dell a bunch of times and complained about random things and I got them to send me a free Swiss Gear backpack, neoprene case, black carrying case, and a travel ac/air/car adapter. Since I did this with my previous E1505 I would now would like to do it with my new M1530 but don't know what I should ask for. Any ideas? Also I definitely want to get them to throw in a travel AC/AIR/Car adapter but can't find a Dell branded one on their site that shows that it's compatible with the M1530. Do any of you know which model will work? Or if the one I have for my E1505 would work?

    It's people like you that make it hard for people like us to get our problems solved and rectified. I think companies would be more than happy to fully satisfy customers with problems, but they can't b/c they spend too much money on dishonest moochers.
