    XPS M1530 CD driver problems

    i have been ripping music off CDs onto itunes on my new laptop and have experienced the same problem many time

    1. i insert 10 or so CDs and everything is fine
    2. literally 15 seconds after i take out a CD, the next one i put in is not read my my computer/itunes
    3. i restart my computer
    4. that same CD (and about 10 more) are now recognized

    anyone know what is going on here?

    i know that the problem is not itunes because my computer doesnt recognize the CDs either, and i know the problem is not the CDs because after restarting they are now read by the computer
