I was playing WoW for a few hours, and after I exited, I checked HWMonitor and the temperature for "THM_" was 92 degrees Celsius...

What is THM_ and is 92 degrees after gaming overheating/bad? How can I prevent it?

Also what's worse is it went down to 58 (at time of writing) in less than...a minute.

92C is way to high temp mate :D i suggest you to call Dell to ask for a replacement

the average temp should be around ~85C @ full load

    Your notebook is running hot.

They will probably send in a techie and reseat/replace the heatsink.

What exactly are your CPU/GPU temps? (idle and full load)
