    XPS M1530 LED screen & other issues

    So I've had this issue since I bought the laptop because I was never sure if its supposed to be like this or not. That and I know that when Dell fixes something they always break something else. I'm under warranty for 3 more years.

    The problem is that on the left side of the screen when the laptop is booting or anytime its a black background I can see where the LEDs are and can see their light projection. On the right the lighting is even throughout. Also for what ever reason the screen is has the grainy screen problem which I thought was impossible in the LED screens.

    Also I have the problem with the touchpad freezing at random times, sometimes a smack or two might being it back but usually not. Is this is a driver issue or a hardware issue?
