XPS M1530 Replacement

I had a dell xps m1530 that had dr pepper spilled on it last week. They are replacing it with a new system.

So far this is all that shows up:
TMJ06 BASE (ASSEMBLY OR GROUP)..., NOTEBOOK..., EXTREME PERFORMANCE SYSTEM..., 1645, CLF, CTO 00001

What does this mean, and is there a way to find out more?
What system is this going to be?

 

My guess would be its gonna be an XPS 1645, with a i7-720QM and erm, thats all I can read from it

Will this be a new, or refurbished system?

I am asking because my xps m1330 has major hardware issues (it was a bad machine from the beginning). They said they could only give me a refurbished system. They said this was the norm.

I'm assuming that they are sending me a new system as the tech stated that its going to take 3-4 weeks as they have to build it? I dont know, but seemed like they would be sending a new system. They are supposed to call me with more information regarding the replacement on Monday. The wait for a new system is killing me! Ive been without my XPS laptop for over a week now and im having to use a 6 year old 600m. Talk about out of date!

 

Thanks. But, don't assume that it will be new. They said it would take 3-4 weeks for my replacement too, and it will be refurbished. They did say that they would refurbish it with new Dell parts, but the system will not be new.

If you fin out if yours will be new, I'd apprecaite if you can let me know.

I know how you feel about being without your laptop. I have been without mine for a month (it stopped working and I didn't have time to call until Friday). They said they are going to see if they can fix my current system, so that hopefully I can have it while I am waiting on the refurbished replacement.

Should I be satisfied with this replacement? Is there anything that I am loosing? Can someone tell me if the new system has bluetooth and abacklit keyboard?
