We've heard all about the various screens available for the WXGA+ (1400x900) LCD on the XPS M1530 but does anyone know if there are alternatives to the standard 1280x800 WXGA screen that Dell can supply if pushed? Part numbers would be handy too.

POLL: Is your M1530 WXGA (1280x800) an LG? -
Well son of crap, I've got an XPS with a Chunghwa on it's way to me. So this thing seems to be:
A. Not too grainy
B. Crap viewing angles
C. Potentially severe light bleeding
D. Not as bad as the Samsung
E. Not as good as the LG
I guess I'll just hope for the best. Does anyone have any glowing reviews for the Chunghwa? (Dell p/n TM121)
The viewing angle thing is a bit troubling to me... -
I also have chunghwa wxga screen. very bad viewing angle and colors are all washed out. The worst lcd screen i ever saw
