can i connect TWO external monitors and extend to TWO monitors at the same time?

One throught the VGA and the other through HDMI.

I tried but it will pick only ONE.

    any way to sync both?

No, the video card in the M1530 only has two outputs. One goes to the LCD. The other goes to VGA OR HDMI. The limitation is a hardware one so there is not a workaround. You will have to purchase something like a matrox dual head 2 go.
