    Intel Turbo Memory here

Intel Matrix Storage Manager - Notebooks here

There are no other informations provided by Dell, so I am wondering what are these for as I am planning to rebuild my laptop.

They are drivers for nv cache and Ready Boost . Only if you have the Intel Turbo memory chip and/or a nv cache HD installed. In my 1520, the slot is there for the Turbo Memory chip, but Dell didn't offer Intel Turbo Memory as an option, I had to go out and buy the Turbo Memory chip separately. Not sure if the 1530 has Turbo Memory chip pre-installed.

OK, so I don't need BOTH if I don't have Turbo Memory, right?

Right, only the storage manager will be fine
