    XPS M1710 phasing out?

    I have heard that the m1710 will be phasing out and a new model coming in in late 2007.

    any have any ideas?

    will i have anmny compatibility issues what so ever if i geta mac?

    i must have windows xp and


    can this all be identical to windows p.c.

    I suggest since you are from Sydney, you walk into a Harvery Norman Computer super store. Have a talk with some sales people there and get an idea of what you require, for the things you need.

    More than likely you will be walking out the store with some HP, Toshiba, Asus Laptop which will more than fit your needs.

    From all your posts, you need someone to advise and show you what you need.

    i do appreciate where u are coming from
    but im pretty confident on what specifications i need
    and that includes a powerful multi media 17 inch!!!


    i have to get dell for tax reasons and i do like dell even though the tech support is poor!
