    Everyone goes on about how good this laptop is.

    I would like to know one specific thing.

    What is the battery power like genearlly speaking?

    Any ideas or experiences to share????

    I hear it only last 2 hours just having it turned on not even running games??

    (on the 9 cell - 80 w)

    If I stretch it I can get almost 2:30-2:45, but I have to turn all the led's off, brightness down, Speedstep, turn off internal NIC, etc...

    But for this amount of power, WHO CARES!!!

    the sound card / sofetware?

    do u have the option to put on echo / hall etc

    what features does it have?

    Yeah, you get that amount when powersaving. I put my system on full power(max cpu and max gpu) when it was not plugged in, and I barely got around 2 hours. Of course, it's a pretty demanding system, so I can understand that.
