I8kfanGUI Fan Controller is causing severe DPC Latency problems, causing choppy audio and video streaming. When it is disabled DPC Latency Graph is green all the way across. I8kfanGUI Is a very good program for keeping the Dell laptops running cool, but needs to be reworked to stop the latency hits. May be needs to be on a different IRQ?
I hope this helps out all of you that are having problems not finding out what is causing these latency problems. It took me a week to find the problem after I had updated all drivers and turning off devices to no avail.

YES! Fortunately, I have spend only like 3 hours turning devices on and off, running the diagnostic. i8kfan showed up in the list, just not as high. After turning that off, everything was fine. This issue should be solved, I8 is a great feature.
PLEASE NOTE: The latency changes with the way you set the control over your fans in i8kfan but it never really goes away unless you turn it off completely. Same thing happens with SPEEDFAN which is a similar utility. When on, both causes audio and video glitches, latency, stuttering
