    Hi guys!
I have a M1730 with about 195 gb free of disk. This is an OS disk. I want to shrink the volume but it was impossible through shrinking option in computer management. After shrinking, I want to name the volume and format it but keep getting this message: "You can not create a new volume in this unallocated space because the disk is already contains the maximum number of partitions."
Can you guys help me out with this.

Btw, when I got the laptop from the factory, there were two partitions, one has 102 Mb free, another has 3.12gb free. I haven't seen them and don't know if it is necessary to keep them or not. One more thing is with the recovery partition, can I resize it since the file just consumes haft of the volume.

Any help would be deeply appreciated!
