Hello all. New to the site but was hoping someone could assist. My XPS 1730 is about 4 years old. Today I shut down as normal and tried to restart but it wouldn't boot. Power indicator flashes but system will not start. Tried resetting battery and reseated memory. Power Adapter is fine. Can anyone assist?? Please!! Currently in Kuwait, U.S. Army.. Dell warranty is expired and they want $59. just to "maybe" diagnose the problem and $400. to renew warranty.. Thanks in advance..
