I purchased my XPS M1530 in June 08 with a 4 year Extended XPS Premium warranty which was advertised as 24/7 service.
I've recently had an issue with the laptop and it seems like the service is now open between the hours of 8am-6pm, which is less then there other system support lines.
How can they be allowed to limit this service?
