Dell has finally agreed to replace my SXPS 16 after countless repairs, heat, etc. My issue is the cs rep is telling me he cannot tell me what the replacement will be. He says it will be a refurbished XPS 15... but does not know the specs. I wanted to be sure I got at least comparable specs and he said everything would be comparable or an upgrade and if I received anything that wasn't he would send a tech out to replace these parts. Do you guys think I should do this?

Below is the system I have and my main goal is to sell the system to upgrade to something else.... do you guys think I could get more $$ for this system or a upgraded refurbished XPS15?

Well, I actually felt the 16 inch was too big for me. I am trying to turn around and sell it and from what I heard the 15 inch would probably be easier to sell than a 17 inch.

Thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated.
