    Hi guys

Has anyone used XPS e-mail support yet? I have sent several e-mails already, but haven't received a reply yet, even though they say that they will answer within 24 hours. It's been more than a week now.

The only reply that I got was that they were updating their database or something (one week ago, still no reply to my actual e-mail).

What's wrong? I can't imagine that it takes so long to update a database and not reply to e-mails in the meantime.
I know I can just call them, but I want to have an e-mail as a proof.

    GF

I have not had any good experiences with their email support.

I prefer the on-line chat. You will receive an email with written documentation of your chat session. Even when they disconnect you!

I agree. Online chat support and remote access support have been the most time efficient methods of support for me.

I had email support from xps solve two issues shortly after I received my 1530: response time was a matter of hours.

I tried the email support as well but didn't receive any answer.

Jabbok, where are you from? Maybe it depends on the country where you live. I had to write them in English and not in Dutch (even though their e-mail address had "nl" (= Nederlands = Dutch) in it).

I will try the online chat support later :)

I emailed tech support and it took them 2 business days to reply. Their goal is to respond within 1 business day.
I sent my query twice and funny enough both their responses were exactly the same. I'm guessing its a standard reply.
