    hey guys,

    this is Screenshot from my dell xps laptop..

    any suggestion how to get it cooled down.. :|

    Eh, you have to attach and upload the picture and not just link to your (any) D-drive.

    I have no idea how much Rhino takes its toll on the CPU et all? Could it be your usage?
    If not, then it could be a problem with the thermal paste and what have we. Or, if you're lucky, it could be something as simple as the firmware/bios or even better: It could be as simple as you accidently blocking the vents.

    Btw, it looks like you're not alone in having your 1530 accumulating heat:

    How old is your laptop?
    I have a vostro thats about a year old and I used a can of compressed air on the vents worked wonders for me in lowering temps.

    Or get a laptop cooler, or I suppose you could use some dvd cases to make a stand so theres more cooler air under the laptop. I do this sometimes when encoding video just always forget to see if it makes a difference.

    @ Persnickety .. :D sorry mate.. that was an embarrassed attempt - hehe- :D , but then i uploaded the image which Silas fell in love with .. :D lOl :D

    hehe :) anyway ..thanks guys.. for advice n all.. i mite end up calling dell guys to take a look at my machine..as it is still in warranty period :D
