    XPS l501x HDD noise

    So i received my L501x today and the moment i turned it on i noticed a high pitched noise coming from the HDD area. I opened it up and took the HDD out and rebooted; no noise. I have uploaded the noise so if you guys would take a listen that'd be much appreciated. Anyone else having this issue?

    Tried it, did nothing. Getting technician sent over to replace the hdd. Thanks though.

    It could help only if hard drive was not malfunctioned
